My son damaged his car key fob & unfortunately he only had one, we called Key 2 BHP Locksmiths, Nico & Vikki came out within a couple of hours, they programmed & supplied 2 brand new key fobs also cut the manual keys. We would 100% recommend them to everyone, they are both very professional at what they do, such a lovely couple. Key 2 BHP were engaged at short notice to access a clients vehicle where the keys had been lost. Their Agent Arrived promptly and carried out excellent service in a professional manner to access the vehicle. The Agent then made A new key for the vehicle so that my client would have continued access to his vehicle in the future. The whole service by Key 2 BHP was Efficient, effective and very professional and I would highly recommend this company to future potential users. ~ Richard P

Absolutely brilliant top service. The guy come out and did the job and got the old work van back on the road with a new key after it was lost. We did have a different company come previously who could not do the job and told me my module was broke and only the dealer could do it. I knew he was wrong. This company come out removed the key module hooked it to the computer in there van and 45 min later the key was done. The price was also perfect. We did ring round for some prices and the other places was a joke. The main cost is call out and the time used being there which I understand and the price this company charged was spot on with the 1 hour to getting here and leaving and the cost of the key spot on. Really nice guy good customer service after as I thought there was a fault but there wasn’t it was my own stupidity not having the van battery connections on tight. But they was great on the phone after even offered to come back to me to help. Few days later and the key works fine even locks and unlocks the doors now. My old lost key never did this. I genuinely can’t thank Key2BHP Auto Locksmith enough. My car wouldn’t start because my key stopped working, and I was stressed out of my mind. Vikki talked me through everything over the phone, and Nico came out the same day to fix it. absolute legend, nico and vikki came through sunday night at 10pm to the rescue. i stupidly locked my keys in my boot and 90 miles from home(spare key). came within 20mins and got the door opened asap, but my car was a bit of a pain and didny have a latch for the boot, thank god nico took the seat apart and got in to get my keys and put everything back together. I have been using my manual key access to the car, rather than the via the key fob, due to faulty electrics. Unfortunately the manual access failed today., and the lock became disengaged and basically there was no other way to get in. I called another local firm who were unable to help for a good few hours, but they recommended this company instead. What a fab recommendation. I called, he answered quickly and was helpful, punctual and prompt. He was with me in just over an hour and tried a few things to gain access to the car. After access was obtained we had a quick chat and he advised me of the next steps to take to sorting out the car lock. Honestly so so helpful, because I would genuinely have no idea where to start. I didn’t ask for the call out fee when I first contacted him, as I was in a blind panic when I couldn’t initially gain access to the car, but when I was charged at the end, in my opinion, the fee was very reasonable. Just over an hour to get to me on a Saturday morning in December, and didn’t take the mick price wise. Really pleased he was recommended to me, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone needing his services in the future! ~ Helen S

Vicki & Nico came to sort my old Mercedes Sprinter issue at very short notice in Wythenshawe, sorted me a new key and programmed, took a bit longer than anticipated due to my ven being quite old, even working after the sun went down. Organised and arranged a date and they came with little to no variance in time, they had all required parts on hand and were genuine solid parts, worked fast and were really knowledgable in regards to the car and trouble shooting issues that were caused by a previous locksmith.
